O CICLISMO VIRTUAL BRASILEIRO foi criado em 2020 com o objetivo de oferecer aos atletas a opção de se manterem competitivos e patrocinadores para fortalecerem suas marcas em um novo mundo totalmente digital. Com a premissa de COMPETIÇÕES VIRTUAIS EM ROTAS REAIS, o CICLISMO VIRTUAL BRASILEIRO realizou sua série de eventos denominada GPBRASIL de CICLISMO VIRTUAL, com 4 etapas e rotas 100% brasileiras, no mesmo ano.
Agora, para aprimorar esse conceito, a CICLISMO VIRTUAL BRASILEIRO anuncia a parceria oficial com a ROUVY, plataforma de ciclismo indoor de renome internacional, que além de possuir roteiros em realidade aumentada para grandes eventos esportivos mundiais, lança a primeira rota oficial no Brasil com esta tecnologia através GPBRASIL de CICLISMO VIRTUAL TOUR DE BRASÍLIA.

Brasília é a capital federal do país localizada na região Centro-Oeste, na região geográfica conhecida como Planalto Central. A capital brasileira é a maior cidade do mundo construída no século XX. O plano urbano original da capital, conhecido como "Plano Piloto", foi desenvolvido em 1956 pelo urbanista e arquiteto Lúcio Costa, que aproveitou o relevo da região. Foi então construída nesse sentido por Costa com o auxílio do arquiteto Oscar Niemeyer e do engenheiro estrutural Joaquim Cardozo. Inaugurada em 21 de abril de 1960, pelo então presidente Juscelino Kubitschek, Brasília tornou-se formalmente a terceira capital do Brasil, depois de Salvador e do Rio de Janeiro. Vista de cima, a área principal da cidade é freqüentemente descrita como tendo a forma de um avião.
A cidade, comumente chamada de “Capital Federal” ou “BSB”, é considerada Patrimônio da Humanidade pela UNESCO, devido ao seu desenvolvimento arquitetônico e urbano e possui a maior área tombada para uma cidade do mundo, com 112,5 quilômetros quadrados.
O TOUR DE BRASÍLIA será um evento oficial dA ROUVY no dia 21 de abril de 2021 em parceria com o CICLISMO VIRTUAL BRASILEIRO. Os atletas brasileiros ficarão felizes em saber que a etapa vale pontos para o CAMPEONATO BRASILEIRO DE CICLISMO VIRTUAL, evento aprovado pela CONFEDERAÇÃO BRASILEIRA DE ESPORTES ELETRÔNICOS (CBDEL) e pelo CONSÓRCIO MUNDIAL DE ESPORTE ELETRÔNICOS (WESCO). BRAZILIAN VIRTUAL CYCLING was created in 2020 with the aim of offering athletes the option to remain competitive and sponsors to strengthen their brands in a new completely digital world. With the premise of VIRTUAL COMPETITIONS in REAL ROUTES, the BRAZILIAN VIRTUAL CYCLING held its series of events called GPBRASIL of VIRTUAL CYCLING, with 4 stages and 100% Brazilian routes, the very same year.
Now, to enhance this concept, BRAZILIAN VIRTUAL CYCLING announces the official partnership with ROUVY, an internationally renowned indoor cycling platform, which in addition to having routes in augmented reality for major world sporting events, launches the first official route in Brazil with this technology through GPBRASIL of VIRTUAL CYCLING-TOUR OF BRASÍLIA.
